Preliminary Round
Final Round
ONLINE VIDEO SELECTION
• Participants can submit their completed competition pieces or segments of pieces for an online video selection for the preliminary round.
• Participants need to provide the competition video URL to the organizing committee during registration. Participants are responsible for ensuring a high-resolution video for submission and uploading them correctly to an online video platform for judges' evaluation. No modifications or edits to the video and audio are allowed.
• The performance pieces in the submitted video must not be edited, and the submitted video should be recorded within 6 months prior to the registration deadline.
• Before starting the recording, please tune your instrument. The tuning process does not need to be shown in the video.
ONLINE VIDEO SELECTION
• Specifications for the video submission are as follows:
Layout: Landscape Mode
Quality: 1920 X 1080 HD
Audio: Source from video camera or DSLR is recommended
• The video link submission should include the participant's name, category, and piece information.
• Participants who pass the preliminary round will receive the final round invitation letter within 2-5 days. Participants must complete the final round registration as required by the organizing committee; otherwise, their eligibility to participate will be revoked.
FINAL
Live competition

The live competition in Singapore will take place on 8-9th February 2025.

The registration deadline for the final round is 20th December 2024.
ONLINE VIDEO COMPETITION

For participants unable to attend the live competition, there is an option to participate in the online video selection. Participants are responsible for ensuring a high-resolution video for submission and uploading them correctly to an online video platform for judges' evaluation. No modifications or edits to the video and audio are allowed.

Judges will evaluate the videos based on the same criteria as the live competition. Participants must submit their competition videos by 1st February 2025. The results for all participants will be announced during the closing ceremony concert on 8-9th February 2025 and our online platform.

The certificates will be sent in PDF format.

To minimize any risk of damage during transportation, The Organising Committee will not provide trophies.

If participants need a printed certificate and trophy, please contact The Organising Committee.

The Organising Committee also welcomes participants to attend the award ceremony on 9th February 2025. Since entry to the award ceremony requires a participant pass or ticket, please indicate your intention to attend the ceremony when submitting your video by 1st February 2025.
